Our Success Stories

“Outstanding. Game-changing. Worth every penny.

We cannot recommend The Paperwork Team highly enough. They built a completely custom CRM to manage my hectic diary for therapy clients, and it has transformed the way we run our business.

All our client bookings are now automated, and our clients love the freedom to book or reschedule their own appointments. The team handles every single piece of correspondence, checks things daily, and ensures everything runs like clockwork.

Before this, I was spending over 3 hours every week manually managing appointments and sending out reminders. Now I’ve got that time back — and as any business owner knows, time is gold.

They’ve also taken over our VAT and bookkeeping for our other business, and honestly, they know more than our accountant does! They’re lightning-fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. If they don’t know something, they find out — fast.

What we especially love is the human touch. I can pick up the phone and speak to someone from the team. My emails are answered almost immediately. They’re reliable, responsive, and just so easy to work with.

We’ll be handing over even more admin tasks to them soon, because frankly — they’re more efficient than we are! And as a result, I’ve made fewer mistakes and avoided the burnout that comes from trying to juggle it all.

Thank you so much from both of us. You’ve made a real difference to our business — and our lives.”
