How we helped
The Paperwork Team introduced Xero Payroll and Xero Accounts to track household spending and provide quarterly reports against set budgets. - Took joint responsibility for managing household payments for services and goods.
- Acted as the main point of contact for staff queries and support.
- Held regular update meetings with the client to ensure all upcoming requirements and events were covered.
- Assisted with additional needs, including securing a £650 refund for undelivered goods, improving financial record-keeping, reducing supplier payment lead times, and making recommendations for budgeting, marketing, and banking options.
Where we are now
With these systems in place, the household operates more efficiently, with improved financial oversight and streamlined staff management. Supplier costs have been optimised, and staff now have clear structures and processes to follow. The client benefits from reduced administrative burden, allowing them to focus on other priorities while we handle day-to-day operational tasks.
