I was nervous to reach out for support as in the past I have been made to feel incompetent but Kate and her team were so welcoming. They use a simple process to upload confidential documents and communication was quick and clear. If I had to set up any new systems, guidance was attached so I could do this independently whilst being reassured that if I needed any support they were there for me.

We cannot recommend The Paperwork Team highly enough. They built a completely custom CRM to manage my hectic diary for therapy clients, and it has transformed the way we run our business.
All our client bookings are now automated, and our clients love the freedom to book or reschedule their own appointments. The team handles every single piece of correspondence, checks things daily, and ensures everything runs like clockwork.
Before this, I was spending over 3 hours every week manually managing appointments and sending out reminders. Now I’ve got that time back — and as any business owner knows, time is gold.
They’ve also taken over our VAT and bookkeeping for our other business, and honestly, they know more than our accountant does! They’re lightning-fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. If they don’t know something, they find out — fast.
What we especially love is the human touch. I can pick up the phone and speak to someone from the team. My emails are answered almost immediately. They’re reliable, responsive, and just so easy to work with.

My partner, Jon, and I are extremely impressed with the quality of communication and service provided by Kate and her team. Transitioning away from simple but ineffective Excel sheets to Xero was initially daunting; however, Kate's patience, understanding of our business, and ongoing training have been excellent. This great experience led us to ask Kate if she would take on our payroll, self-assessment and end-of-year accounts, as our local accountants were no longer providing the service we needed as a small business. The paperwork team have provided a quality, highly professional and approachable service to date, and each interaction with individual team members has certainly more than lived up to expectations. I feel less stressed and more motivated as a Business owner knowing we have people to ask for help, and if Kate doesn't have the answer, you know one of her team will come back to you.

Kate, Paula, Felicity & Nicola have all made the whole process so calm and easy from day one. No question is ever a problem. The whole team is so easy to contact should any problems ever arise (they never have) but they plan and process everything so efficiently. The whole set up process was easily accessible and great to be able to have a full breakdown of packages they offer with clear pricing.Then learning different ways to make my business run smoothly has been a wonderful learning curve with their help. Fab service from the (female! 👠💪🏻) team - from the first contact with Kate, to then meeting her with Carol (accounts support), then Carol coming in and basically sorting everything out more or less in one fell swoop, the process was quick, easy, positive, and reassuring. They are professional but friendly, have lots of common sense, a can-do attitude and are super helpful. I thoroughly recommend them if you're looking for a flexible bookeeping/accouning/Xero support for your small to medium business. 🙂
