The first step is for us to meet, discuss the systems you have in place currently, and what you are looking to achieve by using us.

Once we have a solid grasp of your requirements, we will send you a proposal detailing what we have agreed, the costs and our terms.

Then we match you with a member of our team who will be your point of contact. They will be the person we know has the most relevant experience in your line of work.

They and their team will take charge of your project, allowing you to sit back and relax, assured that everything is in capable hands.

We offer three options, depending on the type of work we are carrying out for you.

 
  • An hourly rate based on your project and usually around £28* per hour.
  • A fixed monthly fee for a bespoke package tailored to your exact requirements, so that you can budget. see our cost calculators.
  • Learn how to do your bookkeeping yourself with our 1-1 training sessions. From £120*.  
If you are looking for software discounts, we can often help with these too.

Using bookkeeping software isn’t right for every business. We would only recommend it if we felt it would be beneficial for you to have more up to date financial records, and if streamlining your processes would be more time efficient for you.

Our team have expertise in many types of bookkeeping software including Xero, QuickBooks, SAGE and Free Agent. We also know how to get the best out of Hubdoc, Dext, Auto Entry, A2X and many other time saving applications.
